Hold Your Hand LO

This for a journaling challenge that I did at SAS. All paper was from Websters Pages, flowers and bling are from Prima.

Journaling reads:
There was once a time when
my illness was at it's
worse, that I was scared I
wasn’t going to be able
to be here for you and hold
your hand anymore.
That I wouldn’t be able to see
those smiles that I love so much.
That I wasn’t going to be able
to watch you grow old,
to watch you graduate from
high school or college,
get married and
become parents yourselves.
That fear is what made
me fight and keep fighting
everyday to beat this rare
condition that God chose
for me to have. I used
to always be too busy to
sit down and spend those few
extra moments with you,
but I have since realized that
nothing is as important
as spending time with you.
Holding your hand and watching you grow.

More Scrap Pink Challenge

Out of all the LOs I did this weekend this one was my favorite by far. We were supposed to scraplift one of the DT LOs and I chose Peggys (favorite grandma). This is a picture of Breana when she was about 6 months old.
and this LO was from supplies I got from a Technique Tuesday class I took for retailers only.

Tie Die Scrapbook Layout

Breana at Discovery Kingdom thinking she is Super Girl with her pink cape. This tie dye paper is one of the 1st pieces of scrapbook paper that I ever got, so I have had it for about 10 years. Im really glad I finally found a use for it. The newspaper flower is a technique I found somewhere on the internet awhile back and finally decided to try it out. I kinda like how it turned out.

Sweet & Innocent LO

Chase and I were out front doing some things and Trevor was supposed to be watching Breana, which he obviously wasnt because she colored EVERYWHERE with a black crayon. Trevor finally noticed what she was doing when she went to color on the TV that he was watching. I figured it was only fair that they both had to clean up the mess.

Oh Boy LO

This is a picture of Trevor in 1999 and then again this year at Mickeys House in Disneyland, CA. I couldnt believe that when we were there last he actually stuck his head in that thing again without even knowing about doing it when he was younger. Once a clown always a clown....lol
