Father's Day Card For A Great Dad

Hello! Today I am sharing a Father's Day card with an old truck for a great dad and since Father's Day is just around the corner it is a good time to get started on dad's card.

Some of the products I have used in this post have been provided to me by various companies. The opinions I share are solely my own. Affiliate links may be used where possible at no cost to you. I first stamped the Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps Truck Old Pick Up Stamp and then stamped it again on a post-it note and fussy cut it out so I could place it over the original stamped image to mask over the truck.
Then I stamped the Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps Gas Pump Stamp over it, so it would look like it was behind the truck. I colored the images in with colored pencils.
For the sentiment, I used the Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps Great Dad sentiment stamp.

For the silver matting, I used Rinea Foiled Paper Glossy Silver and embossed it with an embossing folder to give my card a cool masculine feeling. Then adhered it all together with my Xyron Mega Runner.

Easy Slimline Graduation Card

Hello! Today I am sharing a slimline card I made that would be perfect as a graduation card or if you just want to send someone some inspiration.

I started with the TCW2311 Triple Squares Slimline Stencil from The Crafters Workshop. Then I used an ink blending brush to create an Ombre of blues. Then using the TCW2209 Beautiful Sentiments 4x6 Clear Stamps, I used a couple of the sentiments that I thought would be a good inspiration sentiment for a graduate.

I also stamped two of the butterflies from the same stamp set and colored them in with Copic markers. Then to give the butterflies some shimmer, I colored over them with a clear shimmer pen.

Interactive Slider Birthday Card

I love interactive cards especially when they are super easy to make like this cute birthday monster slider card.

Some of the products I have used in this post have been provided to me by various companies. The opinions I share are solely my own. Affiliate links may be used where possible at no cost to you. However, I do earn a small commission when you click on my links and make a purchase from them. Thank you, and I appreciate your support!

These slider cards come in the Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps May Card Kits, you will get 10 of them to play with. But the fun doesn't stop there! You will also get 2 stamp sets: 1 sentiment, and 1 image. I used the May Card Kit 6 for my card.

To create my card, I first blended in some green and blue Memento Inks on the outside, inside, and on the slider card piece. Then flicked on some water to give the ink a speckled look.

For the sentiment, I masked off part of it and stamped the top half of it onto the inside of the card front and the bottom half of the sentiment onto the inside of the card. The cute little monster I colored in with Copic Markers and then fussy cut him out and adhered him to the slider section just below where it folds.

On the slider pull card, I stamped the Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps LOL & Emoji Stamps.

Check out the card in action....

Customized Color Changing Beer Mug For Father's Day

Have you started thinking about Father's Day yet? I think guys are hard to buy for, there are just so many tools you can get them. So this year I went with a customized beer mug. Not only is it customized, but it also changes colors!

The first thing I did was search google for an image that I liked. Then I went through all of my color-changing vinyl from StyleTechCrafts and decided to use the Cold Blue Vinyl and cut it out using my Silhouette Cameo 4 and Studio Designer Program. After the image was cut out, I used my StyleTechCraft Tools to weed the vinyl and Clear Transfer Tape to transfer the image onto a mug that I got at the Dollar Store.

Before adding anything cold to the mug the vinyl looks almost like it is etched into the glass.

But then when you add a nice cold drink to it, it changes to a cool blue right before your eyes.
