Sweet Birthday Card With A Pocket Gift Card Holder

Hello! Today I am sharing a birthday card with a pocket to hold a gift card.

Some of the products I have used in this post have been provided to me by various companies. The opinions I share are solely my own. Affiliate links may be used where possible at no cost to you. However, I will earn a small commission when you click on my link and purchase from them. Thank you, and I appreciate your support!

I first stamped the Crackerbox Stamps Pocket stamp and then stamped the Crackerbox Stamps Cherries on the pocket and colored them all with Copic Markers. On the stitching on the pocket, I used a gold pencil from the Derwent Chromaflow Colored Pencils Set. Once colored, I fussy cut out the pocket and applied a liquid adhesive to the bottom edge and side edges of the pocket, leaving the top open so I could slide a gift card into it. For the sentiment, I stamped Crackerbox Stamps My Sweet Friend along the top of the card front. Then matted the card front with red cardstock and adhered it to the card base.

Easter Bunny Interactive Wobble Card

Hello! Today I am sharing a cute Easter Bunny interactive wobble card.

Some of the products I have used in this post have been provided to me by various companies. The opinions I share are solely my own. Affiliate links may be used where possible at no cost to you. However, I do earn a small commission when you click on my link and make a purchase from them. Thank you, and I appreciate your support!

I colored the Crackerbox Stamps Bunny Butt stamp and Crackerbox Stamps Carrots stamp with Derwent Chromaflow Colored Pencils and then fussy cut them out. On a cream-colored piece of cardstock, I stamped the Crackerbox Stamps Shake Your Cottontail stamp. Then I attached the carrots and attached the Bunny Butt with an action wobble so he truly shakes his cottontail. I attached all the paper layers using my Xyron Mega Runner.

Watch the cute little bunny butt shake...

To create the texture on the bunny tail, I used some White Puff Embossing Powder.
Here is a closeup...

Turkey Earrings With Grafix Shrink Film

Do you like to wear fun earrings for the holidays? I always see them in the stores for Halloween and Christmas but not sure I have ever seen any for Thanksgiving. So I made some!

Some of the products I have used in this post have been provided to me by various companies. The opinions I share are solely my own. Affiliate links may be used where possible at no cost to you. However, I do earn a small commission when you click on my links and make a purchase from them. Thank you, and I appreciate your support!

I thought the Crackerbox Stamps Turkey Goofy was so cute and that he would make adorable earrings. So using StazOn Ink in Jet Black, I stamped the turkey twice on a sheet of Grafix Shrink Film in Matte.

Then, I colored the turkeys in with Derwent Procolour Pencils and then fussy cut them out. You will get a richer color with pencils once it's shrunk than you will with markers.

After I fussy cut them out, I then punched a small hole in the top of the turkey. *Make sure to punch the hole BEFORE shrinking.

Next, using my heat tool, I shrunk the turkeys. I used a stick to hold the turkey while shrinking and as it shrinks it will curl all up but will flatten back out once it shrinks down to size. To make sure it is good and flat, while it is still hot place something flat on the top as it cools.

The photo below shows how much they shrunk from the original stamp size.

and here my daughter is being my model wearing the cute turkey earrings.

Shrink films are so much fun and easy to do. Grafix has several different types too. I wanted more of a solid base so I went with the matte but could of also probably used the white.

Grumpy Cat Animal Print Card

Hello! Today I am sharing an animal print Grumpy Cat card. Grumpy Cat used to be everywhere once upon a time and even though he was grumpy he always made me smile.

Some of the products I have used in this post have been provided to me by various companies. The opinions I share are solely my own. Affiliate links may be used where possible at no cost to you. However, I do earn a small commission when you click on my links and make a purchase from them. Thank you, and I appreciate your support!

The Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps August Card Kit #12 comes with 2 stamps that are perfect to create a grumpy cat card. I first started with one of the Semi-Funky Fold Accordion Cards that comes in the August Card Kit #12 and created an animal print background using The Crafter's Workshop Wild Prints Stencil and airbrushing some Copic Markers. On the back panel of the card base, I added some black cardstock, and along the side of the front edge and the back inside fold, I added a strip of Gwen Studios Faux Leather Ribbon.
Then I stamped and colored in the Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps Kitty Crabby Walter Stamp with Derwent Procolour Pencils and die cut him out with a circle die and matted him with another circle of black cardstock. Then adhered him to the front center of my card using Xyron Mega Tape Runner.

On the back panel of my card, I stamped the Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps Annoyed Kitty Sentiment Stamp with VersaMark and heat embossed it.

The Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps August Card Kits are 20% OFF and if you buy both you will get 25% OFF the second one. All previous monthly kits are 10% OFF.
You can find all the Card Kits HERE.

Semi-Funky Fold Accordion Giraffe Card

Hello! Today I am sharing a semi-funky fold accordion card I made. It looks harder than it really was to make.

What made it so easy was using the August Card Kit #11 from Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps. The kit comes with 10 Semi-Funky Fold Accordion Cards and two stamps; Rafferty The Giraffe and Enjoy The High Life.

I stamped the Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps Rafferty The Giraffe on some watercolor paper with StazOn Ink and then watercolored him in with Derwent Inktense Ink Blocks and fussy cut him out. I used a die-cut frame and cut it out 3 times. Adhered one to the front of the card, one in the middle, and one on the inside back. On the front, I stamped the Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps Enjoy The High Life Stamp and stamped the Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps Herb 1 which is the leaf stamp around it. Then I added Rafferty The Giraffe to the front of the card.

Here is what the card looks like opened up...

Father's Day Card For A Great Dad

Hello! Today I am sharing a Father's Day card with an old truck for a great dad and since Father's Day is just around the corner it is a good time to get started on dad's card.

Some of the products I have used in this post have been provided to me by various companies. The opinions I share are solely my own. Affiliate links may be used where possible at no cost to you. I first stamped the Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps Truck Old Pick Up Stamp and then stamped it again on a post-it note and fussy cut it out so I could place it over the original stamped image to mask over the truck.
Then I stamped the Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps Gas Pump Stamp over it, so it would look like it was behind the truck. I colored the images in with colored pencils.
For the sentiment, I used the Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps Great Dad sentiment stamp.

For the silver matting, I used Rinea Foiled Paper Glossy Silver and embossed it with an embossing folder to give my card a cool masculine feeling. Then adhered it all together with my Xyron Mega Runner.
