Valentine Trading Cards

When I was a kid trading Valentine Day cards at school was one of my favorite things to do, besides eating the candy of course. The one thing I wish I would have done as a kid was made my own cards instead of buying them and hoping no one else bought the same ones. So each year my daughter and I make her cards. They are so easy and fun to create!
I love the pink and gold combo on these cards by using several different products from Imagine.

Check out my process video below to see how I created my project.

Here are some close-up photos showing how pretty and shimmery the Fireworks! Spray and Creative Medium is.

The diagram below shows how to cut sixteen 2½" x 3½" cards from a 12" x 12" piece of cardstock.

Interested in the products I used? To make them easy for you to find, I have listed them below. Some links used are affiliated links, which means I receive a small commission (at no additional cost to you, what so ever!!) when you click on my links and make a purchase from their store. Affiliate and product disclosure can be found here. This project was created for and sponsored by Imagine.

  1. Very cute cards and the golden hearts are lucious! I am glad I watched to see how you made the little hearts in the background. I thought they were pieces sprinkled on top! and I love the cutting diagram!
