I Gear It's Your Birthday

Hi, everyone! Here is a mixed media masculine card that I made using Spellbinders, Sprightly Sprockets die cuts for Scrap n' Art magazines.  I love using gears when making guy cards or layouts, so I use these dies a lot.


After cutting the gears out on black cardstock, I painted them with some Prima Texture Paste in Copper Crackle.  I printed the sediment out on my printer and then traced it with an Imagine Crafts/Tsukineko VersaMark Pen and then embossed it with some Stampendous Penny Copper Opaque embossing powder.


On the background, I sprayed some Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist in Antique Brass and Tokyo.
