Hello! Today I am sharing a Steampunk chipboard cutting board. I love projects like this where I don't really have a plan and just starting randomly adding things to create something cool.

I first started with the Creative Embellishments Large Cutting Board, I started laying all the Creative Embellishments Pipe Works pieces on it to get an idea of where I wanted them all.
Then I took a piece of Rinea Starstruck Ebony Foiled Paper and crinkled it. Then adhered it to the cutting board piece, turned the board over and used a craft knife to cut away the extra foil. Then I painted the pipes with some Silver Gesso. Once the gesso was dried I sprinkled some Turquoise Color Burst over them and sprayed with water and dried.
For the second layer, I added a Creative Embellishments Large Gear Frame, a Creative Embellishments Steampunk Key, and Creative Embellishments Steampunk Pipe Corner. On the Large Gear, I painted it with some Antique Gold Modeling Paste and also on a few Creative Embellishments 1 1/2" Gears and 1" Gears. I also added a few random metal keys and other trinkets.
