Halloween Haunted House Slimline Card

Hello! Today I am sharing a FaBOOlous Haunted Halloween slimline card with you all. Halloween cards are one of my favorite types of cards to make. For my card today I went with a monochromatic theme to give it more of an eery feel.

Some of the products I have used in this post have been provided to me by various companies. The opinions I share are solely my own. Affiliate links may be used where possible at no cost to you. However, I do earn a small commission when you click on my links and make a purchase from them. Thank you, and I appreciate your support!

I first started by using navy cardstock and The Crafter's Workshop Slimline Clouds Stencil with some white ink and blending brushes to create the spooky clouds in the background. Then I stamped the Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps Haunted House Tall and embossed it with black embossing powder and colored it in lightly with Derwent Procolour Pencils. I didn't want to color it in too dark to take away from the monochromatic look.

I die-cut out some ghosts using Maker's Movement Spooky Buds Die Set in vellum. I used the Xyron Create-A-Sticker to add adhesive to the vellum ghosts and then randomly added them to my card.

I stamped the Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps FaBOOlous Sentiment and their Bats Flying By and heat embossed them too. Matted the card front to some black cardstock and added to the card base and I was done.

Interested in the products I used? Products that are still available are linked to multiple shops below, for your convenience.
Lists may contain affiliate links where possible at no cost to you, what so ever. Affiliate and product disclosure can be found here.
I design for several companies because I genuinely love their products! Anything I recommend on my blog is something that I genuinely love and regularly use. I buy most of my own supplies. However, I do receive some free products to work with, and I sometimes make money for the projects I make. I DO NOT get paid for product reviews, I give my honest opinion about the products I use, and I will never recommend a product that I do not like or would not use.
