Hello! Today I am sharing a Thankful For You card I created using the new Autumn Thanks stamp set from Brutus Monroe.
To create the leaf frame around the card, I first stamped the leaves from the Autumn Thanks stamp set onto some Masking Paper, and I then cut out the images. Then I stamped the leaves with the Brutus Monroe Sticky Glue Pad and used the leaves I had cut out from the Masking Paper to lay over some of the stamped images so I could layer them up. The Masking Paper is slightly sticky, so it will not move when stamping over it but not sticky enough to tear or ruin your paper when removing it.
Then with a small soft bristle paint brush, I brushed over the sticky glue stamped images with the gold and copper Powdered Elements. Once done I outlined each leaf image with a Memento Tuxedo Black Marker.
For the "Thankful For You" sentiment in the middle of my card, I used the Brutus Monroe Embossing Ink and the Raven Embossing Powder. Added some twine and flowers and I was done.
